Coaching to Correct Behavior (Intervention)
An employee may be performing below maximum potential and exhibiting behaviors that, if left unchecked, could lead to further deterioration of performance and more serious consequences. There may be a lack of interpersonal sensitivity, poor self-awareness or ineffective communication, negotiation or critical thinking skills.
Executive coaching will help the individual recognize the specific behaviors and/or assumptions that are problematic. Our programs will provide alternative strategies for behavioral change and facilitate awareness.
Some areas of focus:
- Improving interpersonal communications skills
- Developing an accurate self-appraisal
- Managing stress
- Developing more effective problem solving behaviors
- Modifying personal style
- Dealing more effectively with conflict
a better human experience—for a better business outcome.
