Richard Butz, President, Founder

As Founder of The Career Consultants Group, Dick has been an Entrepreneur and Human Resource Management Consultant for over 35 years. He is considered an “innovator” in pragmatic talent acquisition and talent retention systems; is the author of a number of published articles and has custom-designed numerous talent acquisition and talent retention systems for clients throughout the United States.

In addition to his consulting experience, he has addressed conferences of employers throughout the United States and in a number of foreign counties on Effective Selection and Retention Methods for Entrepreneurial Growth Companies. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Smaller Corporate Management Program.

Professional associations include past Director of the National Association of Personnel Consultants, The International Association of Personnel Consultants and was a Founder and Past President of the Indiana and Indianapolis Associations of Personnel Consultants. He also served on the Indiana Private Employment Advisory Commission, appointed by the State Administrator and Governor of Indiana.
